There seem to be a cluster of announcements around voice coming out of Mobile World Congress over the past day. Yesterday’s Motorola / Alexaannouncement was big but…

• Google announces that it will release the Google Home in the UK in June
• Meeami releases a new far field software layer for AVS implementations
• Google Assistant will be coming to all Android 6.0 phones
• LG and Nokia choose Google Assistant for their voice platforms

We’ll likely see more assistant technologies come out that have applications both on the phone as well as with far field devices.
